Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds for IPTV subscriptions and reseller credits may or may not be available.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be reviewed if the subscription was not activated, login details were not delivered or a verified technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by support.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are usually not available after successful activation, after login details are delivered, for change of mind, incorrect device configuration, unsupported apps, poor internet connection or failure to follow setup instructions.

3. Activation and Delivery

Most subscriptions are activated after payment confirmation. If activation is delayed, customers should contact support with order ID, username and contact details.

4. Technical Issues

Before a refund is considered, support may ask you to test another app, restart your device, check your internet connection or provide screenshots showing the issue.

5. Reseller Credits

Reseller credits are generally non-refundable once they are delivered, assigned, used or added to a reseller panel. Custom reseller packages may also be non-refundable after confirmation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us with your name, order ID, payment reference, account username, refund reason and screenshots showing the issue.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the available payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank or platform used.
