These terms explain the management of Bliss IPTV subscriptions, reseller credits, payments, access and support.

1. Service

Bliss IPTV provides access to IPTV subscription services for individual customers as well as reseller credit packages for resellers. The service may include live TV, movies, series and related account access depending on the selected package.

2. Account Information

Customers must provide accurate contact, order and account information when requesting activation, renewal, support or reseller credits.

3. Payments

Payments are required before activation or credit delivery. Prices may vary depending on subscription duration, number of devices, reseller credit quantity, currency and available offers.

4. Usage Rules

The service is intended only for the customer or reseller account that purchased it. Sharing access, unauthorized resale of individual accounts, abuse, fraud or incorrect use may result in suspension.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable access, but IPTV service availability may be affected by internet connection, device compatibility, third-party apps, maintenance, server load or external technical issues.

6. Reseller Credits

Reseller credits are intended for authorized resellers who manage their own customers. Once credits are delivered or used, they may be considered consumed according to the reseller agreement and refund policy.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, unpaid orders, incorrect service use, violation of these terms or activities that affect service security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bliss IPTV is not responsible for problems caused by unstable internet connection, unsupported devices, incorrect app configuration, third-party apps, user error or interruptions from external providers.
