1. Service

Bliss IPTV provides IPTV subscription services for customers and reseller credit packages for resellers. Access may include live TV, movies, series and related account features depending on the selected package.

2. Account Information

Customers must provide accurate contact, order and account information when requesting activation, renewal, support or reseller credits.

3. Payments

Payments are required before activation or credit delivery. Prices may vary by duration, device count, reseller credit quantity, currency and available offers.

4. Usage Rules

The service is intended only for the customer or reseller account that purchased it. Sharing access, unauthorized resale, abuse or fraud may result in suspension.

5. Service Availability

Service availability may be affected by internet connection, device compatibility, third-party apps, maintenance, server load or external technical issues.

6. Reseller Credits

Reseller credits are for authorized resellers who manage their own customers. Once delivered or used, credits may be considered consumed according to the reseller agreement and refund policy.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, unpaid orders, incorrect service use or activity that affects service security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bliss IPTV is not responsible for issues caused by unstable internet, unsupported devices, incorrect app configuration, third-party apps or user error.
